The room was small for four adults and beds were also on the small side and no where in photos did you show the rooms in the Michigan building where we were had I seen these in photographs I would have picked something different for that price

The breakfast staff were amazing. It was quite busy and lots of people yet all employees continued to keep smiles on their face, greet customers and quickly refill near empty dishes of food. They were exceptional! Thanks so much!

Location was great, right on the Lake Huron shore and we had a large balcony overlooking the lake. It was very peaceful and relaxing to sit and enjoy the view. The hotel is very convenient to the ferry service to the Island and not far from restaurants. Casino is close, if that interests you. We had breakfast each morning and the ladies that worked the breakfast room did an amazing job of keeping the place clean and all the food items filled.

The only hiccups in the whole trip were that the Coke machine in our building didn’t work and took our money (promptly refunded at the desk), and that the hotel had not yet received their allotment of discounted tickets for the ferry but that no fault of theirs and not a big deal.

This is a great hotel! The property is well kept and centrally located to town. Hot breakfast is on point and the staff was so friendly, and the view from the room’s balcony was GORGEOUS. I will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay! Located right on lake Huron which is just steps away. Mackinac Island is a 15 minute boat ride away. Our room had a balcony with a partial lake view. The room exceeded our expectations. Spacious, updated, and very clean. In fact, the entire property is well-maintained including common areas. Fantastic indoor pool and the free breakfast included a variety of hot/cold choices that were continuously stocked by hospitality. The staff really went out of their way to make our stay memorable in the best way! I cannot emphasize enough how cheerful and very helpful they all were. 3 adults traveling with 2 children under the age of 5. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The only negative would be lodging is separate from reception/indoor pool/breakfast lounge. Something for a traveler to keep in mind when it is raining/snowing and the cold winds blow inland off Lake Huron 😊

Everything was great! Loved our stay and will definitely book here again in the future. Location is perfect for the ferry and for sightseeing.
