The courtyard, housekeeping staff and office staff. The room was very clean and felt safe inside.

Parking, had to park 2 blocks away. Had to walk thru a narrow outdoor walkway , felt creepy walking through there. Had to walk around the building, thru the walkway to another building and up the stairs. Was pretty difficult for a few 60+ yr old women. That information should have been available before booking.

The location and price were excellent, and having 24/7 security and on-call staff was a much-appreciated bonus. The room also had more amenities than I was expecting. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay in Key West! The motel itself is on a quiet street, but it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.

There’s limited parking, but I understand there’s not much they can do about that as there’s nowhere to expand their parking area to. Also, a few of the outlets in the room didn’t work (though most of them did).

Good motel right in the middle of Key West, about 5 minute walk from the southernmost point. Bed, room and bathroom were clean and okay. Wifi was good.

Negative was that the bed was really short (less than 6 feet), so taller people cannot lay in bed straight.

This was my 2nd time staying there both times I requested to be put in a mixed dorm both times I was put in a all male dorm ... I paid for a mixed dorm and was placed in a all male dorm....

I've stayed here in the past. It's a Hostel. But, with Fantasy Fest the weekend of the stay, it was the cheapest lodging in town. If you're flexible (mentally and physically-I had a top bunk!) it's a good option. In normal times, it would have been much cheaper. I appreciated the clean outdoor area. I was able to park my motorcycle up front near the bike stand. I also, liked that there are a few shower/bathroom stalls outside the room. If you ask the cleaning lady, she will walk you over there. That made the shower in the AM more comfortable.

I would have preferred a lower bunk. I was assigned a top bunk. Also, the bed has empty space around the mattress and I lost a few pillows overnight down the hatch.

The cleanliness and I was not bothered. The check in and check out was quick and detailed perfectly.

At 10 am I could hear a lot of people talking outside my door. I feel like quiet time should be at all times.

Bathroom is renovated so looks good and its really clean. location is good. a bit far away from the main street and all the “action” but thats not s bad thing. also close to the beach and southern most point. its cheap for KW standards.

too many beds in the rooms. 6 beds with almost no space to walk around. ac is really loud. couldn’t sleep with it on. also individual fans and ac were dirty. rooms need more fresh air.
