Tough to navigate too. Narrow streets

Suite has enough space for my family of 5, swimming pool, clean, close to downtown Seattle

Asked for a quiet room during reservation and received a confirmation. Ended up being assigned a noisy room right next to a highway with 24/7 traffic noise. Louder at night when motorcycles and cars raced by continuously. Spoke with the front desk and was told that they had no other room available. 2nd night someone checked in upstairs and spent the next couple of hours jumping, running, and moving things around. Poor sound barrier/ insulation made the noise traveled easily. Couldn’t get any good sleep. Called the front desk twice but they didn’t call the upstairs occupants. Saying that they should “settle down”. Not sure if booking.com actually communicated my ask for a quiet room to the hotel. It was a miserable stay at this location for my family.

Sofa bed too soft. Room didn't provide electrical kettle, while the hot water in the cafe tasted like stale coffee and the bottled water was overly charged.

Not worth the $219 I paid for a queen size bed room, very small room, very annoying hearing loud vehicles all night outside, people constantly talking and stomping in the middle of the night. I wouldn't stay there again just because of these problems and also it's very hard to get anywhere around that hotel driving and very thin lanes, I parked I their garage and when I left out the back of the garage I scratched the back bumper cause of the steepness.

The staff was exceptional. The rooms and public areas were very clean. They had a social time with snacks Monday-Wednesday.

There was nothing I did not like. I highly recommend this hotel.

It had everything we needed, it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good. No bathrobe.

The staff were amazing. Melanie was so helpful. She gave us recommendations a printed out our boarding passes. It was great to have the complimentary social food and drinks in the early evening which we took full advantage of with our young children.

The pool needs updating. The hot tub had chemicals that caused it to froth like a bubble bath. Our double bed was very small for 2 people to sleep in it.

Suite makes it easy to settle in for a few days, provides the perfect space to work from. On site parking and breakfast makes a huge difference in crowded Seattle!

Chris at the front desk was very attentive, friendly, and kind.

We really enjoyed the property but the negative thing I would have to bring up are the utensils in our suite. They weren’t clean and even had old food on them.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Room had a lot of noise from traffic outside. Was charged $20/night for parking which was unexpected. Paper coffee cups had a strange chemical smell which seemed to seep into the drinks.
