Good location - quite and safe and just a 10min walk to the Beach. Nice view from apartment 206 to the Marina. Russell, Kate and the other staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Comfortable swimming pool. Possible to use their Beach chairs and umbrella on the Beach. Recommended!

This was a great property. I locked myself out of the room and he was very helpful and helped me right away. The smoke alarm was not cooperating but he tried his best ti figure it out. The outside space is relaxing and beautiful and the little area inside where you can sit and feel the breeze is pretty cool. I will be back!

The place was full of coackroaches, that overshadowed the rest of the stay.

I am really not the person to write reviews. However the owner Russell had the audacity to message me after I left about not washing the dishes or leaving a tip for the cleaning staff. This outraged me so now I’m writing a review. When I first arrived I loved the atmosphere, the ambiance and most of all Maria, who cleans the apartments at the hotel. There was another young lady who also cleans there but I can’t remember her name. Both of these young ladies were very nice and they both deserved a tip. However, I could not leave a tip because I was so uncomfortable in the apartment 204 that I was moved to. I rented apartment 204 but upon arrival I saw that apartment and I asked Maria if she had anything bigger that I can upgrade to. She was very nice and tried to accommodate me in apartment 208 which was a two bedroom/ two bathroom and in much better shape. I didn’t like apartment 204 but that’s the apartment booking.com gave me, it was no other options at that time that they offered. Maria was gracious enough to arrange that I can stay in apartment 208 for four days but then someone else rented it so I would have to move to 204 for the last three days of my stay. I was elated to have four days in 208 because I really didn’t like apartment 204. I stayed in 208 for two days with no hot water and took cold showers for two nights. My children were complaining and didn’t want to bathe so Russel, the owner offered me another apartment just for a day while a repair man fix the problem in 208. I opted to just move to 204 because I didn’t want to move my things to an apartment just for one day then move back to 208 just to move a day later to 204. So I moved to 204. Big mistake. The first day there I saw a roach. I went to cook and I saw mice droppings on the dishes. At this point Russel brings me a cheap bottle of champagne as a good gesture and apologizes for the inconvenience. I regrettably didn’t mention the roach that I saw and accepted his apology.

Best spot in Fort Lauderdale! Truly a hidden gem.

Excellent location on the intracoastal, watching sunsets and boats go by while sipping a glass of wine!

Nothing, the owners are wonderful people, very friendly and reachable. The place is one of a kind, with quirky décor in a safe spot not far from the beach.

Couldn’t have been happier with the property or the service. The location is set back from the craziness of the beach, but still well within walking distance. The landscaping was amazing and the views on the back patio of the intercostal waterway were stunning. The place was very clean and the staff extremely pleasant/helpful. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay the next time we’re in south Florida.

The area was perfect

the room had roaches and unfortunately I would never stay there I think I should not go thru booking .com since this is the second time that the facility was really bad. If you are posting these places you should really do some research. For all the money we paid I feel that we have been suckered. If we had another option we would have left, we arrived late Friday night and had no where to go.

This place met our expectations. It was within a 3-5 minute walk to Ft. Lauderdale Beach. It is also right on the intercontinental water way. You can watch the boats and big yachts go by as you wait for the sunset. Our morning walk to Casablanca for breakfast was the best. There are lots of areas poolside and the garden to take pictures on the property. Kate made us feel welcome the moment we entered. Our temperature was taken and questionnaires answered. Kate took us to our room and our mini vacation began. We will return soon Kate. Thank you. Bev & Trina.

The parking situation may be a little tricky.

The environment overall was very welcoming. I thorough enjoyed my stay. And will be back.
