I needed a main floor room but I had forgotten to request it. They did not offer me a main floor room until I asked. They were going to put me in a pet room but that wasn’t good either. They didn’t offer us a main floor the next night until I said was going to cancel the next night and call another motel. Then they offered us a main floor the next night. So we liked that. But why did I have to ask, seems like they could have offered

When a facility charges an additional $30 for a pet, it would be nice to have a room that was close to the dog run area. Extremely inconvenient to be on the opposite side of the hotel.

The room was nice and clean. We had a nice hot breakfast. The pool and hot tub area was clean. Short walk to restaurants or down to Wall Drug. Free parking at this Motel.

The noise at 530am of the upstairs guest is my only complaint but not the motel's fault. I wished guest would respect other people trying to sleep.

Gym and pool open until late. Excellent location for visiting Badlands.

Carpet floor in the room was somewhat smelly. The breakfast was poor and unhealthy.
