arrived at room at @ 10.30pm. tv didn't work, room phone had no cord. ac unit was unplugged. refrigerator was unplugged. i made reservation online with a total amt due. i charged it on cc. when i arrived i was told by the attendant i needed to pay another 5$ for using online. following morning, i mentioned this to the manager who i felt was very receptive of all the issues i had and apologized for the problems i had incurred. the carpets going up the stairway had cigarette butt on the stairway. the carpets seemed like they should have been vacuumed.

The room was decent. The staff was polite even though I was pissed
I booked a queen suite that they didn't have. I was charged before I arrived at the hotel. Then I was charged again and at the same rate I paid for the queen suite they didn't have! I called this company to let you know and it was like talking to a wall! I feel I should be credited by the website for not getting the room I booked. Then paying twice for it and more. You offered the king room for 55. That's what we ended up staying in. Hotel still hasn't have my money back but did say it could take up to 24 to 48 hrs. Just very upset!

I sent pictures of the lack of cleanliness and when I notified the staff, they did not address the issues.

The price - for two rooms, it was the same as one room for nearby locations.
Breakfast was lacking substance, probably could have just went to a nearby store and bought cereal and milk (which is basically all there was) for less. Rooms had some construction finishing work needed, and could have been cleaner. Beds weren't very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and fixed my concerns with my room.
Rooms are DISGUSTING! The house keeping does not clean throughly. Showers are gross , I washed up in the sink most of the time. Breakfast was only cereal and Old Bananas. All rooms reek of smoke even the non smoking rooms. Bed had red/brown stains. Sheets were not changed! The chair in our room had WHITE STAINS ALL OVER IT EW. If you’re desperate, come here. Otherwise try the DayInn next door or just get you a 4/5 star hotel.

Because I booked a reservation online and when I got to the property and it wasn't in the system yet and the guy said he wanted me to come into the office and pay cash instead of doing it online and it was more that way then my reservation that I've looked online and y'all still charge my card for that and messed up my last $500 resolution and I still haven't got any money back

Front desk gentleman was very friendly.
The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, the hall way carpet was dirty and stained, the room had stains and rips on the furniture, the carpet was stained, no comforter on the bed. the good ratings on the internet are incorrect!

location was perfect for where we needed.
Only two downfalls. One was that it absolutely reeked of cigarettes in the hallways. But we didn’t smell it in the rooms which was great. Second, was every time we needed in the room we had to go to the front desk for them to come open the room with a key because all the locks were messed up. Wasn’t a big deal just more of an inconvenience for them and is. Overall, great stay.

I like the fact that one of the staff member help me with my Reservacion, apparently the one that I did was canceled due to a issue with my card, but the staff member was able to help me out.
i didn’t like that it has a strong cigarette smell, even in my room which was “non smoking “ the carpet in the hallway needs to be cleaned.

The mattresses were all stained and disgusting. A bloody maxi pad was stuck to the bathroom wall. Bed bugs and cock roaches. We were so grossed out we couldn't stay. Showed the front desk person the pictures we took and he said all I can tell you is to contact the manager tomorrow and we'll let the house keeping staff know they need to work on their cleaning.

The lady on the night shift was friendly
This place is disgusting I have been up all night people coming in the room trying to fix a plumbing issue that the owner was already aware of before we came we can't use the toilet or shower and we are stuck because they have no other rooms available I want every cent back period it should be absolutely no problem in doing that either

Black mold, broken glass, and piles of dirt under the bed. Bugs in the bathroom, vent covered with dust and nasty residue. Sheets clearly not washed, microwave smoked when used. Stayed for 4 hours then went to front desk to report all of this. Left my name and number for a call back from the “owner”. Haven’t heard anything and I’m certain they didn’t clean it afterwards. The most disgusting hotel I’ve EVER been too. Wouldn’t stay here even if it was free. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car!

This is in a very sketchy place. It was dirty and when I arrived I was told that they didn’t have room keys, that the manager would have to escort me to my room and let me in. Another person came down and told me he was leaving because he found black mold in his room. Needless to say, I did not feel safe there with my children, so we left and found somewhere else to stay.

There was to many things to count but the main two issue was the broke air conditioning and how dirty it was. I was very dissatisfied 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
