Breakfast was the best part of our whole stay

Room was dirty. There was dust on all the surfaces. The bathtub was filthy. The sheets looked like they were not changed. Could see hand prints on the headboard. There was a hole in the wall and on the carpet. The women at the front desk obviously hated her job because she was the rudest person in hospitality I've ever met.

The room was clean

The swimming pool was cold it had to be around 62 degrees, our 3 kids lasted 10 minutes in the pool. We let them play in the hot tub because that was bath water temperature, we saw a family with a 2 yr old that lasted a few minutes so we left right away and they went to the hot tub. We asked the lady at the front counter and she said it was fine and it was 80 degrees, there is no way it was 80 degrees she didn't even leave to check.

Breakfast was fine.

The hotel is old with musty odor. Our room smelled like a large wet dog. We will never stay here again.

easy check in, convenient location for airport shuttle, breakfast and a jacuzzi to relax in, and friendly staff!
