Old, odor, dirty furniture in lobby. Rooms stink and my room 320 there was a live BEDBUG on my bed.

It was conveniently located to where we needed to be.
Well we specifically picked the suite due to needing 2 rooms, for our 2nd nite, the tv wasnt working, we called front desk the clerk wasnt helpful, the next day the front desk was very helpful she got us a new room everything worked great, but the bed was not comfy at all. It was the worst bed ever. Back hurts today but thats nit her fault.

People are great, but very under staffed, breakfast was really good and on time every morning
Room was dirty, hair in shower drain, all walls were dirty, floor dirty, ever got trash picked up had to take it out myself, not what I was paying for.

The staff Booking.com messed my reservation up and the staff fixed it
We had multiple hairs in shower and stains on love seat breakfast was not that great

The food was good and location was good. We had plans first morning so didn’t eat but ate Sunday before back to airport. Location was good because close to OU which was reason for being there.
We got in late so probably got the last room 🤷🏼♀️but we made these reservations almost a year in advance.
It looked and smelled as if the room had a leak from ceiling, carpet was wet, Iike it had tried to be cleaned.
Out dated and just not a nice room for the money we paid!

There pool was not operational and my kids where very upset .. did not say anything about the pool apon check in

we liked the location and the breakfast. the staff was very pleasant as well. the rooms were very nice.
we did not like the fact that we had to pay full price when we were not able to use the pool or the hot tub. the heater was out on pool and the hot tub had no water in it. the price includes for such things and we could not access those things to enjoy a better stay.

The check in employee was most helpful with our needs that day.My husband had eye surgery they placed us on 3rd floor, I asked to be moved to the 1st floor so he didn't have to walk as far. They did it with no problem and with a smile on their face. Did everything to make us feel comfortable.
There was not a thing we didn't like best place to stay.

They didn't have enough luggage racks and no pillows for the sleeper sofa.

Somebody needs to contact me and reimburse my credit card. I paid for two rooms but when checking in they say booking.com only booked one room

run down, old and ceiling was peeling. only gave us 2 towells for 4 people. asked for an extra pillow for sofa bed and they said they ran out of pillows. Upset employee yelling loud and cussing at another employee at front desk and could of cared less we were in lobby.

Great location. Beds were comfortable.
I walked into my room to find 3 dead crickets, and the shower had hair in it making me question if it had been cleaned. I asked the front desk and they said they’re having a cricket problem and one guest event woke up with one on the pillow next to her. Needless to say, I did not sleep very well.
