Coffee pot in the room instead of next door.

Clean, pretty furnishings, comfortable beds, friendly staff . Pet was very comfortable there. They have nice dog area. It was enclosed. Bbq area. Central location. It was quiet. I could go on and on....

Everything was good.

Owners not friendly. Was very awkward

The staff and owner have been amazing. We stayed for 5 nights so I let them know they didn’t need to clean our room. I would have stayed longer if we weren’t heading to another town.

The hair traps in the sink and bathtub had hair in them but I cleaned them and will clean my hair out before I leave.

Really comfortable beds and convenient to our destinations.

The shower cold water handle broke and we couldn’t regulate the cold to hot water temperature. However, they worked with us to come up with a temporary solution and even provided a credit for a nights stay. Appreciated the offer and help to figure out the issue for one day.

Clean and friendly

I know they have to have a light on outside but it shined into the room too much. You can’t do anything different since you have to have a lighted area

The room was clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and Kootenai National Forest.

how clean it was... pillows were nice...

the a/c unit was incredibly loud... the price was triple worth the room... you could see outside thru thr door jam... the bed was like sleeping on a pee pad... and the tub is dangerously slick

Nice beds

No contention breakfast . Just a coffee pot bar in the small main office.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, towels were soft.

The ice maker was broken, the stairs didn’t give a safe secure feeling. No coffee in the rooms. One 10 cup coffee maker at the continental breakfast, by 7:30am it was empty. Was waiting for the pot to finish Sunday morning, the coffee wasn’t worth the wait, lukewarm brown water.

Their was gas barbecue onsite and available for guest, with a couple of picnic tables. My wife is very picky about room cleanliness and she seemed happy.

Older facility but upgraded and very clean. Good bed. Friendly service.

The room was nice and clean, and the front desk person was very friendly. Will stay again when we make it back out there. 👍👍👍👍

Lovely family owned hotel. Office staff were friendly, welcoming & helpful. Rooms were very nice & clean. Quiet location. We had a king room & the bed was SUPER comfy. We will definitely stay here again when we pass through Libby again. Thank you for a great place to get away from the crazy for the weekend.

Bed wasn't firm. Pillows not firm
