Great menu and drinks in lounge.
Free EV charger on property was broken. There are pay chargers in garage across from hotel, but were very expensive. All the electrical outlets in room were very loose, so I had trouble keeping laptop and phone charging during my stay.

There was a shooting next to the property the night we were there.

I didn't have breakfast there. But everything there was just great!I like everything about it. Thank you for you staffs in working with me doing my stay about straightening out my Personal business of the used of my card at first. Patients they was until I finish solving it. Great work both of them on desk duty. Sorry ! I didn't know there name. Forgive me please!

Beautiful property! I loved the location and it’s proximity to the river. The boardwalk behind the hotel
was inviting with a walkable bridge that leads to downtown Columbus.

I love the sofa bed in the room and the view of the water, as well as the patio lights and setting by the pool.
With the price paid the only thing I wish were different is that they served a complimentary breakfast.

The room and hotel was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure our stay was exceptional. Idris and Tameka were the best with going above and beyond providing excellent customer service.

I Didnt get a chance to eat breakfast. The restaurant personel was delightful. She offered us many choices and was eager to serve us. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. My room was very clean and updated.

I like the location close to the attraction & the staff was awesome.. The room was clean, air was cool, & thee was an awesome view of the riverwalk by the pool area.
They could have a continental breakfast included for the cost & the rooms could use a microwave. Also parking should be free for the quest.
