Thanks, workers were very kind and knowledgeable.

Placed order online, requested handicap bathroom and shower, two beds. When I checked in, not handicap, room had to be changed for handicap bathroom and had one bed and couch pullout. Service was nice, but they need to read comments on online reservations.

Unwelcoming. Only stayed one night then had to leave and find something else. Room was hot and stale like the air wasn’t working. No one would help either.

The third night during a rain storm, power went out. No elevators no phones working fire alarms started going off never checked by anyone if we were okay. Fire alarms kept sounding periodically and fir department kept responding. Unable to get out of building on the 2nd floor because of my disability Next AM had to call fire dept. to get assistance out of building. Most of building personnel could not speak English when asked for help. Referred to their phones which showed us we would have to use ladders to exit the building. When checking and cancelling our 4th night.asked what they would do to accommodate the 3rd night there response was it was an act of GOD and they only cancelled the 4th night. Maybe this how treat people in Pakistan but not in America. These people need training in how to be American hoteliers and hire people who speak English.

Woke up to bed bugs

Good morning, your employees, Zurmi, Maria and the man who cleans the floor (I don't know his name) the best employees there in your hotel, people like that are needed and more like them, I congratulate you, I hope the next time go back there, they are the ones who touch me, because I plan to return soon. THANK YOU guys for your kindness, courtesy and above all I had never felt at home, and everything was clean in the hotel. THANK YOU WE WILL SEE YOU SOON, IF GOD WANTS IT SO 😘💕
