Be careful! When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that our reservation had been cancelled earlier, although we had paid through booking.com before our trip and it says "confirmed" on the booking.com app. I tried to show our confirmation page but she ignored it and said their system said our reservation was cancelled so cannot do anything. Long story short, we ended up paying the room charge again at the hotel as we were super exhausted after a long flight and unpleasant conversations at the front desk. After arriving at our room, we asked for a set of bedding for the sofabed. She gave us only a sheet and a thin blanket. We asked for a proper duvet but she said they usually provide customers only blankets for sofabeds so we had to go down and ask another staff in order to have a duvet. When checking out, we spoke to the supervisor and he said he would refund our double-charged room fee. Hopefully we can receive the refund soon.

they hit your card for nothing. I stayed here twice disputing charges from both stays. staff is clueless and will run you in circles with excuses.
