Great room, the bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to food, I couldn't ask for better.

Please explain to arriving guests that there is no housekeeping for multiple night stays so we know. We were fine, but watched your staff having to defend not knowing customers.

while it doesn't look like much from the outside, our room was very, very clean, beds were comfortable. I like rooms that have laminate flooring rather than carpet. The room was a bit tiny - little room to walk between beds and TV/furniture but it was just for the night. Nice we could have our small dog with us. We booked it because it was only 8 miles from the airport but it was a long 8 miles through a lot of stop lights. Would probably try to book closer to airport if we needed to stay in Eugene again for that purpose.

The bathroom had a tiny bit of a musty smell...could be the shower curtain? Looked very clean.
