Clean room and great location.

The person who checked us in and out had a very poor attitude. It looked like he didn’t want to be there.

location was important, so this was why we choose the Comfort Inn. Staff was helpful and kind.

Thin walled rooms, with a guest upstairs making noise the entire night. We didn't expect a great hotel, but it was the highest priced traveling hotel on our trip, by a lot. We stayed in a beautiful hotel in Staunton Va. (Hotel 24 South) for more than $60 less than the Comfort Inn. The only thing we expected was sleep, and didn't get it.

Breakfast was acceptable, but nothing that I would write home about. Coffee cups too small. We like big cups of coffee when we first start the day. Staff was very pleasant. Bed was good, pillows were comfortable too.

convenient location

loud rooms and could hear neighbors tv and snoring through the connecting door. staff was a bit cold. drunk people were sleeping in the lobby

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary chicken noodle soup when we arrived was delicious--real soup. Breakfast was good, but with fewer options than some hotel complimentary breakfasts. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great.

Breakfast and lobby area combined was a small and felt crowded. There was no covered arrival platform where one could drive-up and unload. Room was smaller than I expected from a Comfort SUITES. I recently stayed in another Comfort Suites where the room felt more expansive. In our Brattleboro room it was actually difficult for two persons to pass each between the foot and the beds and the furniture.

the snow removal in the parking lot was horrible. we had to walk through piles of snow to get to walkway. It had stopped snowing much earlier in the day. we did not arrive until close to 7 pm

close proximity to Vermont skiing

the in room heater was very noisy, kept waking me up. ended up turning off altogether at 3AM

great location and friendly staff, there was a great restaurant close by too which was perfect for a family dinner

Great breakfast for the kids, they loved the waffles. Nice staff and decent selection of restaurants in Brattleboro.

Walls are paper thin. If someone is talking in the room next to you you can hear every word.

Great location. Decent sized room. pleasant staff.

Walls between rooms are paper thin. This was a problem because the guest in the next room had a very serious cough and made a lot of noise.

The staff was very helpful when I lost my car fob.
