The outside and front lobby looked newly renovated. It was gorgeous- bright and welcoming. I loved the lemon water available. Staff provided my children with Pirate Booty. The lobby was very clean. Our room was spacious and clean also. Loved the closet, dresser, and luggage rack. Room had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker , hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels provided to us.
We booked this place mainly due to the indoor pool. In case the weekend was bad weather, at least our kids could swim inside. The pool area was severely neglected- holes in floors and walls. Ceiling tiles moldy or rusted, something in pool area was very loud when using the pool. My kids absolutely didn’t care but as a parent, it did not feel as bright and clean as the main lobby. I really wish the ice machine on hallways had a water bottle refill station- that would have been super helpful! Breakfast in the morning was just eh. 1 waffle maker became extremely busy. Cereal was a bit stale. Not many bagel or bread options.

It was good but everything else was not
It was not clean a little and the air really didn’t work and the clean up guy walk in my room it was not checkout time and I had don’t disturb sign up it was about 9:45 10:00

The lady at the breakfast station was very helpful and polite.
Thin walls, price did not meet the standards of the room. Price quoted at hotel is more than internet price

It was ok for continental breakfast. Staff was nice.
Refrigerator in room did not work. Reported the problem and it was not fixed. Our room had a noisy air conditioning unit. Parking was not the greatest.

Check in great, Room was perfect, Checkout & Evening host was not the most hospitable...Maybe a little racist.
The checkout host was very persistent about the checkout time and gave us 10 mins to pack up, or get charged for another day. We rushed to get out in time but within 15 mins from walking the dogs and speaking to her at 11am she called the room, and came up to the door to "remind us" so I had to get a little rude with her unfortunately.

I was content with breakfast. There were selections to choose from.
As I was trying to sleep another hotel guest was on her phone outside arguing and crying on the phone with her boyfriend for over an hour. I had to send my daughter down to the front desk.

it was 7/10 clean
the staff is HORRIBLE. rude as H^. I made 2 reservations when I arrived only one was in the system . even after showing PROOF my booking price wasn’t honored. Staff stated she had to go by what was in the system and had to charge me Full Price with a 10% discount. I was there for a funeral and a hour and a half from home, how inconveniencing was that ?

when it said on the website they were remodeling, I figured a little here and there. No, it quite literally is the ENTIRE building with no flooring, cardboard in elevators, walls torn up, dust everywhere!

Room and breakfast was great! The staff was amazing and very nice. They assisted us with extra items we needed.
The receptionist could've been nicer and also the policy of the hotel needs to be added to the booking sites. I wasn't aware they require a $100 deposit although my room was paid in full. He was very rude about telling me this.

Loved that it was located near everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk were very accommodating.
There was cardboard boxes lining the elevators.... not sure what that was for.
