Pool was not heated. It was cold. And it was dirty.

Hotel staff were rude and disrespectful. It was the guy with the blue hair. We left my wife’s swim cover and called to see if it was found. The guy who answered was not helpful and said, “What do you want from me!”

The front desk clerk. Jeff did not read notes in system and basically told I was incorrect regarding my request for early check in as I was attending a wedding that Day WHICH WAS WRONG. He tried to make me think I did not speak with Hotel front Desk which was wrong as I Spoke to Agent the next day who confirmed our conversation and her Notes in system. In addition alot of Dogs @ Hotel which affected my Allergies

The room wasn't the best plus the cleaners did a horrible job....Can you imagine they made our bed with my partners pj's raped up in the blanket....This place was overpriced and didn't worth the money paid....Breakfast was the same everyday....Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly....Horrible experience

You need to clean your carpet in your hallway

the night desk clerk Friday night 3/10 was absolutely amazing they helped us out a lot once we got into our room. we had an incident with the shower getting our bathroom floor soaked and they went out of their way to get us towels and make sure we were taking care of

The carpets in the hallways were very dirty. The carpet in the room didn't look very clean as well. The breakfast bar wasn't well maintained and the staff member was not really presentable in appearance. When I arrived, the staff were having a loud arguement in the office off of the check-in desk. I think with better management this could be a really good hotel.

Everyone made you feel warm and welcomed.

The hotel is very close to Ocean City and the Boardwalk. There is a shopping plaza and restaurants across from the hotel. They had a good breakfast offering although they didn't have the cinnamon buns they are noted for.

Although the room was comfortable the shower leaves little to be desired. Extremely light spray of water coming out.

The room was very nicely laid out and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, food was hot and very tasty. Eating area very well kept, very clean.

Reserved and paid for two rooms. Only got one as the local hotel computer showed only one. Presented my Booking.com paid reservation and my reservation from Holiday Inn Express showing two rooms and was told that they didn't matter. Was told I could have another room if I paid for it again at that time. I also was told that I had to get the problem fixed by Booking.com, although they did nothing wrong. Horrible staff member. Supposedly went to talk to her manager for five minutes and came back with the same answer. Bottom line is that I ended up paying twice as much as I should have through no fault of mine.

Breakfast was the only let down of the entire stay. Should add fresh bagels, scrambled eggs and meats! The bagels were hard as rock :(
