Nice, clean, peaceful place and very nice people running the place. Should upgrade the A/C unit.

The location and rear balcony were very nice and peaceful. The staff very VERY courteous. The room was clean although the A/C was not adequate for the size of the room. The back balcony was worth it alone. I would definitely stay there again.

The A/C needed to have more cooling power. The night we stayed there the A/C kept the room tolerable but the outdoor temperature was only in the 70s. I doubt it would keep up on a warm or hot evening. The ceiling fan did help also.

One or two star motel offering some good and some bad. it will definitely fulfill your needs for a fishing trip.

Excellent location for my needs. Brand new flooring throughout. The bed was very comfortable. More than enough options for TV viewing.

Very outdated. No curtains on the large window, just vertical blinds that did not close appropriately. No in-room privacy whatsoever. There were long hairs on the shower floor. The shower floor had no mat and a very slick surface. I felt as if I would fall at any moment.

Went fishing, hiking, and bicycling in the Ozarks. Had a full size refrig and micro wave.

Loved this quiet small room. Clean and efficient older building. The staff/owners were great down home people. The room was very small but tidy and a great price. Would choose such a room traveling alone any time. Unless you are addicted to the Ritz or Hilton this will be a great place to stay.

Older motel, but a great price and friendly owners

The facility is older but clean. The back deck is very peaceful, and the owners are very friendly. We enjoyed the pool, and there are multiple places for families to sit outside together. We liked being able to make a pot of coffee in the morning.

The photo on the website is deceiving in that it showed a room with much more space. The room was very cramped, and to use the coffee pot required pulling a table out of the closet for a place to put it.

I will stay here again!

The staff was beyond accommodating. Right next to the lake and dollar general. The night time swim at the pool was so refreshing. The shower was hot and had excellent water pressure.

Place is just out dated, that's it! Everything else was absolutely perfect

Excellent stay at a no frills motel.

Small no frills motel that was close to the lake and where our family was staying. The staff was great and the room was just what we needed.

This served my purpose for this trip since I only needed a place to shower and sleep.

The location was convenient to the event I was participating in. It was quiet and I was able to park right outside my room. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The room was definitely showing it’s age and could use some deep cleaning. Nearest restaurants were in Bull Shoals.

Great hotel on an amazing lake!

Definitely an older motel in an old town, but it was kept clean and tidy and the owner was super nice.

The rooms are small, which did not bother me but must be considered for bigger groups or children.

Lifetime Memories Were Made.

For outdoor sporting the Bull Shoals area is hands down one of the best! Very safe, quiet peaceful area.

Area is limited regarding restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, no 24 hour establishments. Bring what you need with you!

My room was clean.Jim,the owner was very nice. Totally quiet I was the only guest. I

The entire place was a dump. The outside was filthy. Bird droppings on deck rails, overflowing ashtrays, dirty tables, I had to clean own area to be able to use the balcony. The refrigerator was awful, freezer door fell off. Rust on the shelves. I took pictures of some of these things.Wifi was on and off.
