Always clean and well maintained
Didn’t like that we didn’t have a view of the stage and water area for the kids. Realize now that that is the plaza view. Needs to post pictures of the sights from each balcony so you

however it would have been nice if the tvs were updated so that we could have gotten netflix

I love the location and the staff is very friendly.
For the cost, they should have a microwave in the room, especially since many families stay there. I could not make Mac and cheese in a cup or other specific food items for my toddler. The tv’s are so outdated and a storm came through and the cable did not work all weekend. The front desk said no one could come out to fix the issue since it was the weekend, it’s spring break and aren’t weekends the busiest time?

i didn’t get to stay because apparently you have to be 21 to stay which is stupid I payed 273 for one night and couldn’t get a refund it didn’t say anything about being 21 while I was booking

The hotel don’t serve breakfast, and toiletries are very limited

it was on Boardwalk
The pool area was closed at dark??? , The hot tub bubbles didn’t work? The towels were nasty and disgusting.

The location is close to everything we enjoy.
We've stayed there 3 times so far and was disappointed this time that there's no longer servicing for the rooms.
We had to return to the front desk and ask for/pickup additional towels and coffees each day.
So was $180/day a Good Value?... not so much. 😕

We were surprised there was no microwave for heating a cup of coffee, danish, etc...
Btw, the bathroom could use another hook for robes while showering. There was only one, which was used for the bath towel.

ambiance, location, restaurants. Happy feeling. Crowds were friendly. Impeccably clean.
The two ladies at the bayside grill seriously need help. they can't keep up with even a small crowd.

Traveled here with my 11 year old son. Everything was wonderful, the location, the staff, the decor, the bed was comfortable, room was clean, and the ac was cold.
Only complaint is the TV only had about 5 channels and the one channel for kids was static and we were unable to watch.
