First of all they canceled my first reservation after driving 11 hours because I had to update my card even though it says to pay at the property. They said they contacted me but they didn't. So now I'm left searching for other options. That was a Thursday so on Friday I rebooked with them even after they said they were booked that weekend... NOT!! So when I went to check in that Friday night the receptionist was high as a kite, he was stumbling and dropping his phone trying to make it to the counter. When he finally made it to the counter he kept nodding off while trying to check me in. He asked for no identification just asked my name, signed a paper and gave me my key cards might i add was the wrong room and he had me for 1 night instead of three.even the lady behind me knew something was wrong with him. I was going to call the local police department but I didn't stay that night because the receptionist is the hotel first line of defense and if he's in that kind of condition I didn't trust my safety there that night so I left and returned that Saturday even though Friday was paid for. That following day I just happened to stop at the desk to check on my confirmation and it's a good thing I did because he had screwed me over big time. The lady at the desk was very helpful and said she would try and get me refinded for that night but I didn't want a refund I would have accepted a future 1 night stay. She took my information down and said someone would contact me but they never did. Although the hotel is nice I still take my safety very seriously. Stay blessed from South Carolina.
