We didn't have to sleep in the car!

We got to our room, there was a piece of gum and the prior guests room key on the floor inside the door. The ceiling had a huge stain above the bed as if there had been a leak. The bed had clearly not been changed - it was simply remade. We were moved to another room - the bathroom door handle was broken, the tub drain plug didn't work, the pillow case for one of the pillows had clearly been laundered but had blood stain on it. The toilet had been used and not flushed and we were left one towel. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no bath mat! We kept hearing dripping and found the next morning the carpet under the sink was soaked from a leak. The mattresses in both rooms are very uncomfortable - desperately need to be changed due to age!

Location, Courtney at the service desk was the best thing about my visit. She took time and helped a issue we were having and made sure I was satisfied about that before I paid

The beds were HARD HARD HARD like sleeping on a box spring, one of the pillows had this yellow stain to it. The skirt on the bed was stained, there was hair in the shower, the toilet stool looked as if it was painted then most of the paint came off. We saw dead roaches in the hallway. Ice machine didnt work we were told to walk across to Motel 6 to obtain ice.

Everything. The front entrance had a strong marijuana odor once you walk in. And then the room smelled like fresh urine. Didn’t even bother to complain to the desk, because he always has a nonchalant attitude

I work in Albany about once a month. I often bring an employee with me. It’s a great value for the price. It’s on the better side of town near everything I need. (Home Depot, Lowes, Harbor Freight). There are good restaurants in walking distance. There is a decent breakfast included that starts at 6am which is convenient. It’s clean, comfortable and safe. It’s my go to place.

The front desk person was pleasant

The entire facility needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

Poor front desk service. Interior needs updating. Hallway carpet is filthy, rooms have mildew smell and look like there was zero housecleaning, room for up to four but towels for two guests. Had to change room because of obvious mildew in first room. The conditions were so poor that I decided not to stay for the second day of my reservation. Breakfast was poor quality with no fruit and stale pastries. I will never return to this location. My previous trips to this area, I would always choose this hotel, but never again. I have never written a negative hotel review before, but I felt obligate for people who are considering staying at this location. BUYER BEWARE

Only thing I liked was the good customer service the man had in the front .

My room had MOLD all through the bathroom VERY disgusting and my boyfriend had asthma and he could’nt even take it
