It was clean, well staffed, well stocked, the pool was great, the hot tub was amazing even though it’s so hot outside - loved everything about this place. The people working were all really nice as well!

This is not a failure of the hotel at all, just be aware if you're going to the caverns, this is on the far side of town.

Staff is excellent, location was great, right on the hwy so easy access to the numerous attractions. Breakfast was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. We had a great room for our family of five. If we are in the area again, we are likely to book there. We enjoyed the location as it had easy access to where we were going. The staff was friendly.

The property was super clean, and the staff was very friendly!
The wifi didn’t work in our room.

The quality of the hot tub. It was one of the hottest hot tubs I’ve been in in awhile and the jets were powerful.
I also liked the water in the bathtub and sink facets because they actually had hot water.

The appearance, staff, room and breakfast 🥞🍳 was awesome 💯!!! It was way worth the price. The swimming pool was great and the jacuzzi was nice and warm!!!

Our suite felt luxurious after being on the road for two weeks and staying at other places that charged more and offered way less. The hot breakfast was good and offered a variety of food.
I thought it would be closer to the caverns but it seemed to be on the other side of Carlsbad from the caverns.

it was just on the edge of town and not close to very much, but Carlsbad is easy to navigate
