Centrally located in downtown. Really cute restored 1922 residential hotel with some interesting history. Downtown is revitalized and hopping.

The staff was really courteous and helpful. My room in the bathroom were clean. This hundred year old hotel is very well taken care of and and the lobby is decorated with furniture from that era. Very cool!

A horrible experience. The manager did not want to give my daughter a room with her 3 girls. I do not recommend this hotel at all, the service is terrible, terrible communication. I have never had a bad experience like this one.

the AC was being updated so didn’t work, fans were provided but weren’t as efficient as AC

Perfect location! Extremely friendly and accommodating staff!! Bed was pretty comfy and the amenities such as the cooking area and the games room were a very nice addition!!!
the towels weren’t very clean so we used ones we had brought with us- the ones provided had suncream and mascara stains- not too bad and we are certain they would be switched by the lovely staff- we just had our own

The location was perfect for going over bridge to dentist apt.

really nice retro feel to the place , great lobby and nice characterful rooms . Good kitchen facilities and helpful staff .
We had good ear plugs so it didn’t bother us but it is surrounded by bars so you can hear some background music but it’s not too loud .

The location was ok
The bathroom was so dirty and filthy. This hotel management can do a better housekeeping job of keeping the bathrooms clean. It was horribly dirty

everything was wonderful. the staff is amazing and go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and safe

The heritage, the location and the services you get are the best of the hotel
The noise is insane...but only for the weekends. we stayed Thursday to sunday and the pub noise started by friday. It is not only the noise but the whole room shaking!
