The location was perfect for the bowling venue, also in Mount Lebanon. The location was extremely convenient for rail transit. Breakfasts were very good. The staff was very good.

I was not forewarned that there was a $15 + tax parking fee. I thought parking was complimentary for one car. Also, the air conditioning in the lobby area malfunctioned three of the days of our stay. My wife especially found eating breakfast very uncomfortable.

Unable to unload luggage in designated parking in front of hotel. If you have signs that prohibit illegal parking then enforce it! Road blocked to parking garage by construction and police. The entrance to garage was not suitable for large cars or trucks. No luggage carriers in garage, had to haul all by myself?

I thought the breakfast was edible but only just. In other words poor.

Easy to get around the area.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Lots of junk behind pedestal sink that hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Finding the parking garage was challenging.

The blower in bathroom was noisy. Even with ear plugs, I could hear it.

Location was good for where we needed to be for the weekend. Room was clean and comfortable enough for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Parking was available. However, it was atrocious. It was an extremely small parking garage with very little room to maneuver. Hard to locate when first arriving. Parking spaces weren’t even large enough for a sedan size auto. Ended up having to park at the local public parking lot which was very inconvenient when unloading and loading the car. Beds were hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. Pool was more like an oversized hot tub. Breakfast was lacking compared to other hotels I have stayed at recently.

Excellent location snd very customer focused staff. Breakfast very nice

Room preparation did not meet expectations. Sticky floors in bathrooms, blood stains on comforter, no body wash, and very small amount of toilet paper. However once management was informed, these issues were immediately resolved.

the location was near family. the suite was spacious.

the property is under renovation and the lobby has a very obnoxious odor of adhesive. our suite definitely needed the renovation and better cleaning in the shower.

The room is very clean, beds and sheets are very comfy.

The breakfast is good. My kids complained that there were no donuts but liked the blueberry muffins.

Fifteen dollars for parking in that location is a rip off
