well-lit parking lot, easy to find a good parking spot, the location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and super comfy and clean! I’m very picky when it comes to hotel stays and this one has set the bar very high!

The hotel was a very clean hotel.

Checking and reception could have been better. When I checked in I was told I was only booked for one room. I informed the receptionist that I had a confirmation for two rooms. The receptionist was very short with me and continued to tell me that I only had one room. She never raised her voice but was very short with me and was not professional. I told her that I work in a job with customer service and did not appreciate the way she was treating me. She proceeded to tell me that she never raised her voice at me. I then asked her if she would like to see my confirmation numbers and she did. I showed her both of my rooms confirmed on Booking.com and she informed me that it was Bookong.com’s fault and that it was not the hotel’s issue. I told her that I just needed my two rooms because my family was with me. She proceeded to tell me that she had to call Booking.com and they would have to answer for the issue. She then called them and explained the situation. There was some conversation and when they did not give her the answer she wanted she hung up on them and told me that she was able to find me the two queen suite that I had tried to book and was cancelled by Booking.com. She then told me that she gave me a rate of $149. I told her ‘thank you.” I just want to know what has happened to friendly customer service? I had asked for the manager in the beginning of the conversation and she told me she was the manager and proceeded to act very unprofessional. I really liked the hotel and would stay there again but not when I was treated as if the situation were my fault. There should have been more respect for the customer.

The room was great! I loved the big bathroom. The location was great for our stay.

We weren't told about the pool being closed before booking.

Two remotes were provided for the tv with absolutely no instructions! It was too late to get the staff involved, we just wanted to watch the 10:00 news and then retire. Consequently, we had no tv at all! Very disappointing. Also, there was no night light in the bathroom.

Clean, quiet, great breakfast

Asked front desk at check in for an additional luggage stand in the room. Explained that we each had a bag and needed a second stand. She totally blew us off saying that there wasn't an extra one anywhere in the hotel.

Well keep and the breakfast was decent.

The prices went up almost 80 to 90 dollars because of an event that was in town. Price gouging at its finest! They wouldn't honor the previous price I had stating that they have to raise the prices when it's busy!
