room itself was excellent with a comfortable bed. Pool, I heard the jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast, was very good with the selection and taste of the entrees but no one restocked as items became limited.

The entrance should be spruced up. The overhead signage was faded, could not read the Baymont name. The front door garbage cans were overfilled. Around the pillars of the entrance way was all covered at the base with overgrown weeds. And huge pothole or huge chunk of blacktop missing at the front door. Mainly disliked was the attitude of an agent, who was NOT the desk clerk. coming out from somewhere to tell us that checkin was not until 3pm. Granted that we arrived at 2:45. but the way she approached us and spoke was very rude, like she was having a bad day. The agent for the front desk arrived at 2:55pm, then the rude agent came storming out and got in her car and zoomed off. The desk agent was personable.

the pool room was quiet and the walls were painted real pretty. there was a fire pit outside and a grill available to use anytime.

The hot tub was very relaxing.

When people were checked in into the room above us, we heard every footstep. We didn't sleep as we were kept awake with the noise. The front desk couldn't reassign us a room because they were sold out. It was a very stressful night as we didn't get any sleep. They did say they will give us $20 back for the inconvenience.

This was set threw booking.com. originally 4 nites, and we changed it to 2 nites. Confirmed threw booking .com and your hotel. Should've been only $278 , you charged me almost $500 billed me fir 4 nites not 2.

You over billed me. We stayed 2 nites and you charged me for 4 nites. Want a refund.

sign outside couldn’t see, property was dirty, doors didn’t open, smell in halls of curry overcoming, amenities in room must have come from the Dollar Store. if possible, I will never stay in a Baymont again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to many places we wanted to visit.

The hotel was in need of updating, inside and out. Our room was on the top floor and when it rained, water came into the bathroom from a hole in the ceiling and got everything wet that was on the countertop. Furnishings are outdated and the breakfast had poor options. Way too expensive for what you got. Nothing special about this hotel, with the exception of the location.
