The front desk rep was very professional & help us with our matter.

What I wasn’t pleased with this stay were the amounts of roaches in the which the front rep switched our room. The bedroom floors were filthy , the table stands were filthy. We checked the bed mattress for bedbugs we saw none. The window had finger prints all over them, graffiti on the walls the word (boo) , It also seems that dogs are allowed here & the rooms aren’t kept up with so it smells like such, No elevators. was beyond uncomfortable in this motel.

This place needs closed down! Disgusting is a understatement! It’s completely infested with roaches! Completely infested! Roach feces covered the outlet plugs! Given a different room dead roaches in the window holes in the walls! Under the bed was cigarette butts! Half smoked marijuana! Pubic hairs in the bathtub, they did not belong to us! Completely surrounded by homeless people! Almost got hit by a car due to a domestic violence incident! Refused to give me my money back! Priceline quoted me 80! Paid over 200! It’s a homeless hotel poor little kids were sitting outside with all there belongings by the dumpsters! Do not go there! It’s extremely dangerous and disgusting! Got the pictures to prove it

Everything and everyone. It was a pleasant experience. I admit I did not expect it to be a good experience but I can't complain about anything the staff is accommodating and very professional. I will continue to come back.

The only thing was one night my microwave didn't work but they did offer me to come up front to warm up my food. I would really appreciate thicker covers for the beds.

As of Decemeber 2022; do not book this hotel. It's been used as a leased property by the state [as I was told by the front desk guard]. Yes, there's no front desk, just a guard. Go somewhere else.
