Clean rooms. Very quiet. Good selection of food at breakfast.

Both the breakfast facilities and the food were very good. The room was spacious and very well appointed.

Check-in was more complicated than for most recent experiences. The billing procedure was far too rigid.

The breakfast was well stocked.

The room had an odor; they charged me for a second room which was canceled three weeks prior; we lost power on last morning and were not given any options. our room was only one on our floor to lose power. fire alarm was blaring off and on during last morning as well.

The staff was accommodating and switched us into another room because the air conditioner was loud and making weird noises.

Facilities are old and run down. The couch in the entry had duct tape on it. Our first room's air conditioners made loud sounds. The bathroom vanity is old and chipped. The colors are very dark, and the room is dark. The back of the toilet was missing caps to the lid, and inside, lots of urine showed when the lid was down. Disgusting.
