What a cozy little hotel back up in the hillside. More charming than the pictures!

Parking was a little tight, but it wasn't a big deal.

Room size was ok for one person and the bed was large and comfortable.

Although most of the Staff was very polite to us, the first person to welcome us to the hotel and check us in was very impolite (he was hardly speaking to us and we had to wait around 15 minutes to check in). Very bad experience for a first contact with the hotel. The room windows were so thin, it felt like they were open all the time. Luckily the weather was hot, but I cannot imagine how this would feel during colder days. The whole facility looked quite old and not being taken care of (showers, WC etc) Wifi connectivity was not good and I would be disconnected quite often Breakfast options were limited and only sweet tastes and some fruits, nothing savory. Besides everything that has been said, this was not the cheapest option around, which made us feel more disappointed.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Room was clean. There was enough parking. Supplied enough towels and soap. Got what I needed. Staffs were great.

The water had a slight fishy smell. A small wall area had scraps. Food was left in the freezer. The door didn’t shut all the way after opening, no biggie. They need to up they’re breakfast game. Eggs are my start of the day!

The location is convenient.

Check-in took a very long time due to the computer issues (allegedly) and even though the gentleman at the reception took our credit/debit cards, he ended up charging the hotel bills from my credit card (2X) even though it was specifically requested and clarified during the check-in. The lady at the reception was positive, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was extremely unsatisfactory. The rooms were okay but too noisy, since the hotel is next to a major road.

Beds in bad shape, everything about the room needs to updated, staff at the reception is extremely rude the blonde old lady needs to either stay home with her cat or get trained on how to treat people aka paying customers!

Great location! The room was super comfortable and clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff!

The remote in the room wasn't working and the WiFi was painfully slow. I informed the lady at the front desk and she said that she will ask the maintenance person to check it, but don't think that happened. No vegan breakfast options.

Waffles were good

Parking, door to the bathroom, remote was not working, no daily room pick up, power and water outage, and the shower head was not good.

We were at the back of the hotel so there was little road noise. The bed was comfortable.

Not what I was expecting from a Ramada hotel if I'm honest I was quite disappointed! I'll be thinking again before booking with another Ramada, although it seems this is a franchise location. The location is more of a motel in my opinion. The room was badly in need of refurbishing, it seems they've prioritised building new rooms rather than updating their old ones.. We were advised to ignore the marks on the wall where they had changed to room from a twin to a double bed where the head boards had been removed. The room floor was the most concerning part, after a shower on the first morning we walked from the bathroom back to the bedroom and ended up with black feet! I'm really not sure when the floor was last cleaned! We came back to our room one evening to find that our key cards didn't work and the room number was different. We had to go back down to reception to ask what was going on to be told 'We've had some new rooms built and 'he' decided that today he was going to change the room numbers' which meant new keys being issued. You can hear people in the rooms next door and every person walking down the corridor in your room. At 4.30 on the last night of our stay 15 people checked out, each one of them wheeled their case down the tiled floor and banged their bags down the stairs. The vehicle that was waiting for the was sat outside our bedroom window as well so sadly got no sleep after that! I mentioned this to the lady at reception and was told oh yes I heard that too. The breakfast was limited with a single waffle maker, 2 choices of cereal, bread for toast and pastries if there were any left. Very limited if you don't want to eat loads of sweet stuff for breakfast or have dietary requirements. It's served in a small area so if it's busy you'll be waiting some time.

Place is under remodeling, room was not completely done, no lock on door, no closet, no hooks in bathroom, no microwave, and no seals on door. Wish they would have mentioned this on Bookings.com. Stay was disappointing.

Room was very clean and bed and linens smelled clean.

Didn't have time to enjoy the room.

At first I liked the size of the room and it’s location but then my ceiling in the bathroom started leaking and eventually fell on my head while I was showering.

First they keep my deposit of $150, and as I was beyond apologetic for having to check out late because of a car emergency They proceeded to waste the local police’s time and had them come to the property. I had told the staff that I was packing as fast as I could and just needed 15 mins to finish. Instead of having any compassion or understanding, she screamed I needed to leave now and hung up. Within 5 mins the local police were knocking on the door. I opened the door and apologized to them as well. The police could see that I was already half packed and almost done. They told me to just finish and they would tell the staff to calm down. Secondly, The tiles that the hotel has on the stairs are so slippery and there is no handrail. Which when it was raining or there was any moisture they became very slippery. I actually fell very hard and hurt for a few days after. Then while I was showing the ceiling fell on my head and was leaking water into our bathroom. And to top it all off they again keep my deposit of $150.

Staff is super friendly and helpful.
