The breakfast was decent and the location is very convenient.
The hotel is well kept and clean. The front desk staff and always pleasant and helpful.
The mattress and the pillows could stand an upgrade.

Room was okay. Breakfast pretty good. Easy access to freeway.
Ice machine broken. No elevator. Room smelled funny but looked clean enough. Staff couldn’t or wouldn’t accommodate my request to change rooms. We were stuck in handicapped room with a bathtub that had a wooden seat at the back which made it impossible to relax.

I was able to get a ground floor room which made it easier to maneuver.
Sink in bathroom did not drain. AC unit blew curtains up and stopped air flow. Ice machine was out of order. Had to get ice at the front desk.

Not an issue for me but there wasn’t an elevator. It’s only 2 stories so not a big deal but I helped an older couple carry up some bags so I can see it being bothersome for some.

The staff was lovely. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
There’s no elevator but a nice man (a guest) carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs for me!

We have stayed there multiple times and feel comfortable.
The fridge was noisy and woke me up every time it turned on.
The morning desk clerk seemed bothered when I asked to check out.
There was no butter or milk in the breakfast area.
