Room was clean

Poorly maintained building and outside grounds. No breakfast as was advertised...only coffee and loaf of bread, no toaster even!!

Nothing it was all very disappointing

There was no breakfast and it stated they had a wonderful breakfast

The beds were fairly comfortable and the street outside was calm. The sheets seemed to be clean and the room was warm enough for sleeping.

The entrance and hallways smelled strongly of smoke, which seeped into the rooms despite being labeled "non-smoking". Breakfast was cancelled and we were not compensated for this. The shower curtain was disgusting and stained. There was no storage space in the bathroom, a light was burned out and the mirror was blocked by other furniture. The bed spreads were in poor need of replacement as well.

The lobby and exterior could use alot of upgrade to make your clients feel welcome. ... and not (like I was) doubtful that I had made a good decision. I also had a gentleman outside tell me to go to the left and ring the phone...so not professional.. The room was surprisingly and thankfully clean and fresh... We did not have time to check out breakfast, Chaska is an interesting city and I'd love to visit again.

Old, outdated exterior....unavailable staff

The manager was quite overworked (mostly because of the coming-out-of-the-pandemic situation) but she was amazing! She was attentive and warm with the guests -- a real professional! The location is excellent and has a view of a beautiful lake.

The place was a bit old and rundown. It needs a little TLC (new chairs and bed linens).

No breakfast out at7:45. Ot was very close to the medical appt we had.

Despite the Smoky smell the room was clean. The young lady behind the counter was pleasant.

A non-smoking room but very smokey smell. My credit card was charged twice for the same state!

Staff was very friendly.

Room was horrible, walls are paper thin, my door had issues staying locked. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker stacked on top of each other in the corner and only two can be plugged in. Breakfast was a joke and didn't even bother.

No one from the corporate level has seen this property in years because they would have been improving it a lot! It's quite similar to a crack house.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable (though if was a Queen bed it was a very small queen more like a full size)

There was a cigarette smoke swell in lobby and our room had an odor similar too a mechanic shop. It was quite and the bed was comfortable. It is in need of a face liftt which I know could be difficult in this past year.
