Friendly staff. Good location. We had issues with our bathroom. Staff moved us to another room and everything was just fine.

The hot tub heater wasn't working, and the sauna didn't work.

Met my expectations, i wasnt expecting 5 star accommodations. Clean room, responsive thermostat. Hot tub and pool available. Sauna currently broke. Typical breakfast yogurt, bananas, cereal. hot and cold. Waffle maker. Overall good value

I like coffee available in lobby 24/7. ( it's in the breakfast nook 6-10) but there was a pot in the room. Housekeeping did not clean the room daily, which didn't bother me, but is worth mentioning. Trucks are power washed at the tsc next door, right outside the window but that's beyond the hotels control

Water in shower was Luke warm at best several times.When I booked it said I could pay at motel but they didn’t except cash which caused a little issue for us.

The room smelled as though the prior occupant had smoked in it. The television was broken and the sofa should have been replaced ten years ago. In addition, when we went to breakfast at 7am we were told that a party of construction workers had previously eaten all of the food prior to our arrival and the arrival of other guests. This hotel should be removed from on-line selection as what is represented online does not reflect the true quality of this hotel.

The location was very convenient to the fairgrounds.

The desk clerk told us that we only had one room reservation, but we booked 2. They had another room which we took and paid for, but then I ended up being charged for a no show and it's been 3 weeks and they still have not refunded my money.

Excellent location. Great pool facilities. The best price in the area. Easy to book the rooms we needed. My husband and kids loved the breakfast. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful, and the biscuits and gravy were excellent.

The woman at the front desk accidentally booked someone else in our same room after we checked in. They even had functioning keys to our room and walked in to find us unpacking. That could have been very embarrassing! I think the qoman working the front desk was very tired. Poor girl. I just wanted to send her home to get off her feet. She was willing to help, but just tired. Probably why she made the error about the rooms. Also, the humidity in the hotel was very very high. So much so that I could hardly sleep for getting chilled. Maybe it was just our room, but it wasn't comfortable for sleeping.

The room was nice, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was good and for the most part helpful. The parking for veterans by the entrance was much appreciated.

I booked my stay with the wrong card and when I arrived they said it was declined. I offered to pay cash, but I was told they don't take cash. Hard to believe that an American business wouldn't take the American dollar. Thank goodness I had another card. The breakfast was the worst I experienced in all my travels. It couldn't even be called a breakfast. Though they were set up for a hot breakfast they didn't offer one. Cereal, baby muffins, and hard boiled eggs in the fridge. I don't think I will stay there again.

I booked my room in April, When booked I was told rollaway was available. I was told also the day before I would have a rollaway bed. My 70 year old friend slept on the floor. I was not happy about that. If there isn't available roll aways .they should always let a person know ahead of time

I requested and booked a non smoking room. The room was definately a smoking room

Room and common areas were clean despite high occupancy.

Nuts on toilet seat were missing - like sitting on a swivel chair. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign to hang on door. No lids available for coffee cups so you could take a cup from breakfast area back to your room. Several small but noticeable things.

Breakfast area was ok, but offerings weren't the best & counters were a mess. The lady working in the room had just got there however & was busting her butt to get everything cleaned up & restocked!

TV in lobby didn't work & couch was horribly uncomfortable (we hung out to do our laundry mid road trip). Seemed like people might be living there. The upstairs floor had very strong food odors from someone cooking.

Clerk didn't know what she was doing. Took her over 30 minutes to figure out my confirmation. Had my name wrong when punched in computer. What a headache. Went to room and toilet was plugged. No plunger in bathroom

Staff was wonderful! They gave a great recommendation for supper. Good location.

Halls and room had the smell of smoke (could have been from weeks, months or years ago)
