Lexie on the overnight shift front desk was amazing. When I was taking a bath ,I notice something under the sunk and it look not clean, so I talk her about it and she came to my room , with gloves on and got on the floor and reached in, and grab what was under there, which turned out to be dirty towels and tissue stuffed under there, It was gross. She was so nice and very caring about it all. Thank you so much Lexie. You made my stay great and was there for my son in law's graduation from the police academy

some cleaning that was missed

We got there and the pool and sauna were closed. They offered to refund our money in full so that was great but there is still a charge on my credit card. We never even stayed and they didn’t refund our money.

We had a very large roomm, and it was so wonderful and marvelous! It had a longest working desk for us to review our papers. The staff was very respectful, and the breakfast staff was very kind in helping me with my cupholder with my coffeel. I know, it is silly to say that, but I could have burned myself with my hot coffee drink!

The breakfast was cold no more coffee, attendant said coffee machine was broke was trying to fix it.Some things just happen no one's fault

Had to look for someone at front desk to check in, but will stay at a Hampton INN again

The flashing light for the door bell was awesome for the Deaf (Disability access). The location was very easy to spot. The room temperature was perfect. The bed and pillows were so very comfortable. The business center was amazing and the staffs were helpful with our tempts to make copies.

The Wifi connection was a struggle for two days. I had to go to the front desk three different times to get the WiFi connection accomplished. The refrigerator was not even plugged in so I had to move the TV stand to access the outlet to plug it in. My co-worker and I have had some food and drinks in it overnight and I realized it was not even on when I smelt the food. The alarm clock was not "deaf friendly" so I had to use my own mobile phone as my alarm clock. The card-keys were not working several times so I had to have the keys fixed at the front desk several different times.

Comfy room whit great beds and pillows. Clean and spacious room. Good choice for breakfast

The place is located to close to a way and the room we had face to it. The sound from the traffic woke us up around 6 am.

Douglas is a very small city; so the location was very easy to find and easy on and off the highway. The staff was very helpful and efficient and friendly. My room was super clean and had a great view from the fourth floor. The free breakfast had a lot on the menu and was very good. I received a great price from Booking.com for this location and will stay there again.

Maggie at the front desk was cheerful, excited to help. Rooms where clean and we had no problems. Location is easy and close to town. We enjoyed it enough to stay another night.
