The location and the actual smell of bleach to know that the bathtub was clean
There were some rather unsavoury appearing individuals on the main floor, entering in and out of a room where frequently and the peep hole was actually a hole in the door. Seemed rather peculiar.
We both woke up incredibly dry and the bed was not the most comfortable

We waited over 30 minutes for breakfast. It still was not served. We couldn't wait any longer. so, we had to go to a restaurant for breakfast.Less

The room was okay, clean and had the amenities needed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Hot tub was out of order for several months according to sign. The breakfast was almost next to nothing, terrible coffee in the room as well as at the breakfast bar.

Ice cold pool water. Poor clientele (Evident drug use and drug deals in the parking lot, people walking in lobby high on drugs).

The heater was either cold as hell or hot as hell. We froze our butts off. Couldn’t sleep. Awful.

Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. The automated pancake machine was a bonus :).
We got to our room late, so didnt' really notice til the next morning..... there was black hair curly hair in the bathroom and the top bedding was soiled/dirty. Mentioned it when we left and the staff was apologetic and would have taken care of this issue if we had brought it to their attention the night before, but it was late and we immediately went to bed.

my family and I were in Minot to say good bye to my elderly father who passed. I was too emotional to complain but there was a gun shot in the parking lot and it seemed like there was a lot of drug activity going on. There was vomit on the bed skirt, and clumps of hair in the shower. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was dirty too…..overall it was an inexpensive place to sleep, but I would not stay there again.

Booking.com and the hotel screwed up our reservation and only had one room when my confirmation said 3 rooms…. took a long time to find another hotel…VERY Disappointed 😡

The breakfast was one of the worst that I've encountered. I had pancakes and I never eat pancakes but other than very bland oatmeal there was nothing else except sweet stuff.
The room was exceptional; clean, spacious cheerful. Bed was very comfortable.
the toilet was so low that one could rest their head on their knees while using it. It would be very difficult for someone with mobility issues.
