No breakfast, they didnt never clean the room :(

Cheyenne was kind, understanding and helpful. The lady that checked us in was very non accommodating

No iron, no ironing board, no hair dryer, missing towels and the towels that were there were messily arranged. Although we're senior citizens, we were placed in a 2nd floor room, far from the stairs and no working elevator. We were later informed that the elevator has been out of service for over a year. Finally, the grounds were disgusting. Trash, broken glass, empty beer cans and bottles, NO landscaping, overgrown with weeds. The manager, whose name I found to be Richie Patel, appears to have absolutely no regard for the property nor the company he represents. I'm sure Wyndham hotels provides a budget for all maintenance issues. But for an elevator to be out of service for more than a year... WHAT'S THIS GUY DOING WITH IT???? I took photos and will provide them at your request.

Got stuck in the elevator, the tv remote only had one battery in it, and then the key card machine was broken so no easy in and out of my room. The cleaning was subpar at best in the hotel room.

Location was good, rooms comfortable and staff was nice.

The pool was not open, there was construction, hot breakfast was not served just cereal, muffins, waffles and juice. But at least there was something!

The convenience to the location we were visiting. Staff very nice and helpful during our stay. The poor pregnant lady did her best to accommodate our needs.

Rooms were not cleaned fridge had beer left from previous guest in fridge. Beer cap on side of bed and shower was dirty. Toilet seal leaked when flushing. Pool was not working but was told it was in working order.
