Our room was not booked correctly. .we had requested a handicap room with w/c accessible bathroom but when we arrived it was not available......therefore the room we were offered was not accessible. no hand held shower head, no handicapp commode----it was very difficult to function in this room.

My room wasn't clean hair was in the shower. The face sink had dry up dirt in it the carpet can stand to be cleaned . I ask for room service they told me that they only had one house keeper and she is working on cleaning rooms to be checked in for that day put my trash and dirty towels. In the hall by my door.
