The property was clean and nice, and the location is great! Overall, we liked it a lot!
The beds and couch were very uncomfortable, and having to bring our own towels was a bit of a hassle.

Easy to get key, great location, private parking, nice amenities, will go back there.

Affordable while still being close to the beach/boardwalk. We had plans for every day we were there so coming back to a comfortable place we could call home for awhile is the best.
Couldn't connect to wifi but since we were there for 3 nights and were out every day, we did not let the property owner know. Had we stayed longer and spent more time in the house, we would definitely have communicated this.

Nice location.
Easy to book and check in and out.
Bedroom to the right of the stairs needs a new mattress.
My husband and I instantly rolled into the center depression and could not sleep.
Other bedroom mattress was fine.
Suggest adding a floor mat to help avoid tracking sand into the house.

No hooks on back of doors to hang towels, no outside shower or hose to rinse sand off feet,

It’s very close (2-3 blocks from beach and boardwalk). Very nice operators.
While it’s definitely good in a pinch, we felt it was better for spring breakers or people who plan to spend very little time there, who have no children, or perhaps aren’t accustomed to or can adjust better to not having finer finishes while on vacation. The bathroom needs to be gutted (had an odor) and replaced so if this bothers you, I would pass on this one and there also needs to be some sort of outdoor space—even an outside bistro patio set for morning coffee would be great. The refrigerator was also dirty upon arrival, as was the stove and the microwave. There was sand in the made beds as well, so I had a feeling of not being “clean” while we were there.
