This hotel "catfished" us. On the website it shows a pool and steakhouse.. those were both closed/under construction. There was an active shooter and lockdown. The staff had us wait 2.5 hours outside until 130am, the staff was extremely rude and wouldn't even speak most of the time, just stared at anyone who asked a question.

Super clean hotel and casino.
Lovely room with a nice comfy bed. We received $20 in free play, which we used and it keep us happy for a few hours.
Staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back

The courtesy and friendliness of the Staff. The front office staff was very courteous , helpful, kind and informative.
Actually, we were there only one afternoon and night so did not
