Old and not the cleanest bathroom (spiders) or sheets. looked cleaned....but a bit yellowed. Upon checkin, the agent was busy flirting with 2 girls who I presume had just checked in and comparing pics of girls on phone. Made me uncomfortable --- like was this a "trick" hotel.

Greeting from the person at the desk was very welcoming. He was very personable and friendly. The highlight of the stay was the interaction with him. It was all downhill from there.
Carpeted floors were extremely damp, the beds were uncomfortable and there were signs of mold in the shower.

The room was clean. The location was very good.
Upon arrival we waited nearly ten minutes for someone to show up to check us in. We got to our room, unpacked and then realized the heater didn’t work. It was 35 degrees out that night. There were only two large towels in the bathroom. The room was extremely small. No hot breakfast, we went to Cracker Barrel.

Unpleasant odor in building. Dirty/ blood on mattress cover. No TV remote. Bathtub faucet doesn’t work properly.

Easy access to lots of stores and restaurants beds and pillows were super comfy and quiet the whole motel is very clean

The hotel is in a great location. It’s very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel was also quiet and we slept well.
The bathroom is a little outdated and could use some updates. The breakfast had limited pre-packaged choices. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The only thing I liked about my stay was how close it was to the interstate.
Will I didn’t get the room that I booked asked for two queen beds but was given a single queen bed. The staff could of cared less when I asked about it. The free breakfast was not good.

The breakfast bar was fair wanted juice. It was out of order. Tea tasted like coffee

The first room I was given smelled of smoke and sheets weee not clean . After making Brian I believe his name was he did apologize and gave us another room . We took pictures of the sheets he agreed not acceptable. He gave us another room that was fine and then we enjoyed our stay .

We loved it here, super friendly staff, beautiful room; had the king suite; bed was comfortable, and a nice hot breakfast; we stayed here on our drive from TN to NY; Grove City OH is the halfway point and we are so glad we chose Comfort Inn & Suites, we stayed here both times on our trip, highly recommended!

The hotel was right off the interstate and close to restaurants.
The hospitality was poor. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 a.m. I was there by 9:30 a.m. and things were already packed up. The room was clean, but the refrigerator was frozen, water on the floor, and someone's forgotten beer left. I had a 6 year old with me who discovered it. :/ Overall, the stay was okay, but the main disappointment was the breakfast.
