This is a well-situated property, located close to dining and shopping. Although it's just off the freeway, it's relatively quiet. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and it was nice to have a warm breakfast in the morning.

There were some loud girls down the hallway at 10 pm, presumably in the hall yelling and running around. I would have liked for the gym/workout room to be open at 5 am when I was ready to use it, rather than at 6 am, as I was ready to have breakfast and checkout. The water pressure in the shower was poor, and it took a long time (by the time of the second person's shower) for the water to get hot. I'm pretty sure the toiletries in the bath had been used by a previous guest, as they weren't sealed or full. And I don't think the eggs in the morning were really eggs; they tasted like they were made with a powder.

There was an issue with my room the first night - the manager and front desk staff were very responsive and got me into another room immediately. Because of their care of making sure I was comfortable - I would stay there again !

I've been staying at the hotel for 8 weeks straight and have 2 more. There's been a couple of occasions when the room wasn't clean. This week, twice my room wasn't cleaned.

Very friendly staff. Very Helpful.

The elevator sounded like it was going to break down. Only 1 elevator was working. Long wait for the elevator.

The large window in my room didn't close all the way, because it had a malfunction, the machine to pancakes was broken sunday am.
