Was a perfect stay! Couldn't have a better place to stay.

Host was very welcoming and I am happy that I stayed @ Island Place.Staff went beyond my expectations and I am happy to say that I have made new frìends in Bar Harbor!🙂

Close enough to town to walk through and enjoy Bar Harbor. Plenty of dining available, grocery close by, two micro-breweries. Room and facility were well cared for and met our needs to a tee.

Service with Maureen was great to work with setting up the reservation and working with us to extend the reservation another day. Teh hotel was conveniently located to the town with some walking required. The lobby and room were updated and extrememly nice and clean. Staff came in daily to provide fresh linens, clean and make the bed. I would recommend this place to stay if in the area.

Very convenient location. Loved the garden outside the room door and the ease of parking. Was walkable to the downtown businesses.

Would have preferred a coffee maker in our room rather than a machine in the lobby. Not as good as brewing it fresh,

This is a beautiful, pristine property. I particularly love when people invest in giving new life to motels. They are much more charming then massive hotels. Great location.

It is expensive but Bar Harbor pricey. I believe there is a seasonal three night stay which might not work for some. Fact check that.

We went downtown for breakfast and it was good. The location was great.

The bed was too soft for us.
