Extremely nice staff, clean and warm rooms (unit worked great!) Safe, chairs outside to sit and ash trays, very good cable and tvs, very fast internet. I'm definitely going to stay here everytime I visit! I would even live here it's so comfortable and clean. Positive energy :) oh and comfortable beds too! Big sink area for make up etc. Microwave and fridge!:)

They waited 3 weeks almost 4 before pulling the money off my card The blankets and pillows had a weird smell the bathroom had mold in the shower an the room smeled Musky

The room was HUGE and clean. The staff were SO NICE! It's an old building but they are making it a great place to stay.

Very dated. Toilet clanked every time you got off of it. Shower door hard to slide. Refrigerator frozen over with ice. Bed sheets stained. The guest above our room was really loud all night,which was questionable for our security. Front office is locked and you have to call a phone number to check in.

Cleanliness

Location was close to everything we wanted with plenty of restaurants and facilities you might need. It was easy to find and had ample parking. the owner operators were friendly and helpful, but did not bother us.

A bit more attention to details. Little things like making sure the tub drains- It did not do very well. Attach the knob on the sink faucet. The Sapphire seems to be a motel for local people and workers. If looking for a tourist "resort" this is nor the place if you are picky. The young couple who recently purchased the Sapphire are sincerely trying to upgrade the facilities. However they like many businesses are hampered by the lack of help that wants to work. I guess this is thanks to Covid and govt. unemployment programs. Ask and they will do anything they can to make your stay as good as they can. You need to be flexible with expectations and think of the comparable prices in the area.
