Lovely place to stay, in the perfect location on the main street, minutes from bars, shops and restaurants (but quiet when you want to rest - it's a small town). The owner made a fantastic breakfast.

Would visit again happily - nothing negative to add.

The breakfasts were delicious including fresh eggs from the hens in the back yard. We had very enjoyable talks with our hostess and the other guests.

We stayed in a little guest house in the back which was lovely. The problem was that the queen bed was in a small loft with a very steep ladder and a low ceiling. It would have been fine if we were younger, but it was a challenge for a couple in their seventies.

The room was beautiful and peaceful, breakfast was awesome, and my hosts (including the kitty) were delightful. I really appreciated Diane's recommendations for hikes, and her willingness to switch up my original room to one in the back. Check in and check out was also super easy...highly recommend :)

I didn't look closely enough at the map, and was bummed to realize that there was a relatively well-traveled road outside. It was still lovely and quiet...I think I'm just burned out on roads from living in the city!

everything the setting is lovely. couldn’t be better located. the hosts Diane and her mother are really exceptional and wonderful people. delicious breakfast every day. we highly recommend.

there is nothing we didn’t like we were in the little cottage on the stream and the babbling brook was soothing. We loved the loft bed but if you are older or with any mobility issues choose one of the rooms in the house.

It was our first b&b. We enjoyed the hosts met some interesting folks at breakfast which was very nice.

Location is perfect, closer to Woodstock center but Bearsville only a few minutes away. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast was great both days we stayed. Old beautiful house that is well maintained and spotless. I would use this property again without hesitation.

Very homey and lovely stay- great location with a short walk to town. The breakfast was delicious and as I traveled alone, someone was always kind enough to chit chat over coffee in the AM. A great spot for solo travelers.

An incredibly lovely healing place. The beautiful patroness , the art,the energy ,the coffee all were wonderful.

Owners were very friendly and accommodated our dietary needs. The B & B is very charming, clean, cozy, and very close to the restaurants, shops, and walking trails. We will be back!

This place is beautiful! So much nurturing nature and a babbling brook that will put you to sleep like a baby... the owners are just and nourishing and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

location very good

temperature in place was not controllable or acceptable . bathroom for guest use took over an hour to be ready for us once we arrived and we really needed it upon arrival. once ready the floor was wet and slippery and windows left wide open and cold . someone from family running place used all toilet paper at night and left zero in morning . we had to find cupboards in hallway to get it . no breakfast given . house cat wandered in spaces and we are allergic . got extremely mad at us when we were not completely out before 11. we felt so uncomfortable and we were only ones guests there . totally disappointed and disputing to get full refund they advertised 1900 sq foot space for us bedroom was tiny

I loved the hostess Panxi! She is an exceptional host, so sweet and accommodating! The home is beautiful, peaceful and cozy. Everything was on point. Most definitely staying here again. Thank you Panxi for being YOU!
