Didn’t eat breakfast

The staff at the pool side was rude and in a rush, as if our money or service wasn’t good enough! I would stay at the resort again but I wouldn’t dare spend a dime at the restaurant/ bar again! We went out for drinks and food. Oh by the way me and my husband came up for drinks for the guy to tell us he’s not serving anymore, to see him serve someone else! Was a smack in our face, put a bad taste in our mouth!

The location was close to everything. The pool was nice.

The extra amenities weren't up and running and the kids activities weren't available on the days we were there. That was the sole reason I booked there.

I like the room sizes but I paid for a one bedroom that said it was $750 ft and the room I was put in was more like 550 ft

My jacuzzi tub was dirty in my room and the employees at the front desk kept calling me asking me if I was in my room and if I got my parking pass which I thought was really weird

The bed was comfy.

The pics of the property are not reality-based. The property is dated and needs a total refresh. Our balcony floor paint was worn and chipped. Everything needs a fresh paint. The furniture and decor is mismatched dated and worn. The sheets on the bed were dingy. There were always dirty linens and trash sitting outside guest rooms. A fire alarm beeped outside our room for days. The elevator was very slow and worn. The location was too noisy, with sirens and car noise. There were a couple of people sleeping on the stairway landings at night. A raggedy gang of four cats pee'd on our car. I did enjoy this property at all, I could not relax and did not feel safe there. We will not be back. Not worth the amount of money we paid. In fact I would like a partial refund.

furniture, extremely uncomfortable couch, the cushions didn’t go all the way to the front of the couch. It hurt the back of your legs to sit on it.

excellent location for parks, spacious room big bed and kitchen facilities, other facilities available but we didn’t use them so can’t comment

Room wasn’t cleaned at all even though we were there for 14 nights, weird staff member who gives parking voucher trying to pressure sell us some timeshare or something, (offer too good to be true, blatant lies and time pressure - typical scam tactics)

Place was clean and very inviting. Office personnel very nice. Accommodations were wonderful except for living room furniture.

Iiving room furniture could have been more comfortable other than that it was wonderful

Location was great and price was perfect for a week value. Loved the tiki bar. This was my second time staying at this resort.

Staff was very friendly, but customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE. We waited 3 hours just for toilet paper and an extra blanket since the one they gave us had BLOOD on it.

The property was nice

Hard to get to front office on one side of street have to drive behind and around another hotel to get to hotel. Lots of attractions closed ( big slide, zip line, etc) they don't inform you until you get there although I called a week prior and was told something completely different and they don't tell you that there's a separate fee for the other attractions until after you've started checking in. Anything you need like towels, tissue, or laundry detergent you must travel to the front office to pick it up yourself. I was told about a property tour although I asked if it was a timeshare and told no the issue was Noel and his boss Mark. Noel threatened that I would have to pay full price for a room not knowing I rented from booking and not an owner so it WAS NOT mandatory for me and kept telling me i couldn't afford a timeshare when I declined and asked to leave he became hostile and growled at me. Mark encouraged his behavior by trying to downplay my plans which I told them were more important than purchasing a timeshare. Rather than thanking me for coming and letting me and my 3 children who had been there for 3 hours go he starting talking then sucked his teeth said I'm not doing this threw up a sheet of paper in front of his face as he sat across the table from me and whispered something to Noel who brought another person over. Bottom line I'll never return here idc how beautiful the property looks its very distasteful and lacks even basic customer service on the ENTIRE property! Do yourself a favor and visit legacy down the road!!
