To begin , i had to pay 10$ parking fee per night which i wasn’t told about;
i have asthma and i could feel the mold in the bathroom, it didn’t have a fan at all;
the room wasn’t cleaned everyday, not even the trash taken out, i tried to speak with the cleaning lady but apparently she doesn’t speak english;
the continetal breakfast was a lie, they had only bagel, cereal and yogurt.
Won’t go there ever again

Front desk very pleasant.
There was only muffins, coffee and orange juice for breakfast. The linens wasn’t fresh and felt dirty. I killed a spider and there was bugs in the room. Definitely not a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The facility was just fine and we enjoyed our room. Only 2 things come to mind about the hotel. It was a little difficult to find as we went down to the end of the lane. In addition, nowhere on the outside of the building did we see a name. Only saw Spark on the wall when we entered the lobby. And, there is an ad claiming free parking, however we were charged $10.

I mean, overall, the people were nice. Also very convenient for a place to lay your head in a moments notice.
Well, unfortunately , during our stay, they had to do "light maintenance." The water heater was out, and they said they would have it fixed in approximately an hour. Well, the day had passed, and we went to take a shower and, unfortunately, cold water.
I called the front desk to ask how long it would take. The frontdesk claimed one hour again. This was within a four hour margin. To make a long story short, the hot water was never available for the entirety of our stay. I appreciate the front deskman matt for being honest about the issue , but him constantly being either unaware or just flat out lying to everyone (because I was not the only person he told this information to.) periodically kinda put sour taste in both me and my wife and mouths.

The location is close to the beach. Just walk behind the tennis courts and directly across the street is a neighborhood pedestrian path that leads directly to the beach. The walk takes about 7 minutes.
Housekeeping was excellent, and also the facility’s on site staff did a great job.
The bathroom vent is somewhat noisy and runs continuously until late in the evening and then stops. There is no control in the bathroom for this fan. It’s a minor annoyance but not enough to prevent me from staying there again.

did not like being on 2nd floor, but understand 1st was booked, did not like paying for parking. also, do not like the charge for the room being on hold, then charged at checkout, causes a temporary double charge on my bank account

Breakfast was ok. Location was too far from the beach. The lobby in the photo on booking looks nothing like the nasty lobby at the hotel. Torn up white sofa and dirty.

NOTHING!
Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE! Room was NOT CLEAN - had to call Best Western Customer Service line because housekeeping failed to clean our room. Hotel staff LIED and said we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door - we did NOT! Breakfast was COLD, even the coffee was COLD! Kitchen had NO pots/pan/plates/silverware. It was a MOTEL - poorly renovated and location was HORRIBLE, very sketchy area! Beach was NOT CLOSE to the MOTEL! Charged $10.00 per night for parking and the parking lot wasn't even paved in areas! The pool was SMALL and DIRTY - only minimal seating! The entire place was just NASTY!!!! We will NEVER stay in there again! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!

I like the fact that I had a balcony overlooking the pool and tennis court. I didn’t realize it had a balcony and was very happy when I saw that it did.
The ac in the room was not getting cold enough. We had it down to 65 and still was not too cold. But we lived !

Shower for was slippery, no grab bar in shower, little bugs in room, room floor was gritty and dirty stuck to feet, could not get GFI in bathroom to reset, no breath fan to take stream or from shower. Room was high humidity.
