Large and comfortable rooms, good fitness room and large pool. Staff friendly.

The room was large and clean, the bathroom was not super clean and could benefit from being renovated or refreshed.

The rooms were very small, with not great lighting. Our bathroom was dirty and the shower was filled with hair.

The beds were comfy, breakfast was good, the lady who took care of the breakfast area was outstanding.

Not a complaint, housekeeping was short of staff, very late on one occasion. But everywhere you go there are help wanted signs. It seems people don't want to or have to work anymore, businesses suffer, customers suffer as well, it's sad what's happened to our country. It's not your fault.

The hotel is centrally located with plenty of parking. Our room was clean with plenty of towels, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. My husband loved the cookies in the lobby, which was a really nice treat. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My husband would have liked a hot tub and he thought the pool had way too much chlorine in it.

Staff was fantastic - very welcoming and helped with every single thing we needed. We had booked a single room and didn’t realize how small it was - we brought a road bike and needed a larger room / we’re able to get upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. We took advantage of breakfast and the pool and loved the complimentary lemon water, coffee and cookies. Fantastic location - we were able to walk to all our fave spots in town. We will definitely be back!

Too much plastic and non reusable forks, knifes, spoons, dishes … (like more or less everywhere in north America).

I love that you allow pets to stay. That is a big reason that I book with you. It is just bonus that your staff has always been so friendly every time I visit your establishment. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with everything you need. I find it to be a really good value and the fact that it is in the middle of everything is also great.

The only thing I can say I did not like is that on the second floor there was someone who was smoking in the room and when you got off the elevator it was very pungent. That would be the only thing that I didn't like about the stay. But that being said. It is the guest who chose to smoke in the room of a non-smoking room.
