Staff is very friendly and helpful. Small store in lobby for quick breakfast or snacks, free coffee. Well located near hospital and subway. Rooms spotless.

No parking at or near the hotel. No porter assistance even though the room rates suggest both would be available.

Small hotel. Very small rooms. No restaurants so you had to order outside for food delivery. Cheap furniture with small low quality LCD TV. Mgr did not return my voice mails. Roll in shower in bathroom was inconvenient and unsafe. Rated 3 stars, why?Price was too high for lack of amenities.
