Not a fan but was good

Beds were comfy, appeared clean. Staff friendly.

Water pressure was weak, bathroom sink clogged. Breakfast could be earlier with more options.

Room layout, proximity to supermarket and gas station.

Ventilation very loud and dry Room cleaning only after 5 days on my request.

room was nice , a little bit cold and we could not get the ac to warm up the room

unit was dirty , fridge had something spilled all over , shower was dirty and we could not drain the water after giving our kids a bath. breakfast was ok but everything was empty when we got there around 8 am , no syrup for pancakes , no fruit loops for the kids , etc

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and quiet even though located close to the freeway, there was no road noise. My only critic was they just like most hotels with a continental breakfast included, have nothing for sugar free selections other than eggs and sausage which by the way were good. It isn't a problem it is just something we look for to stay on our diet.

The employee working the breakfast bar is only aware of what he would eat, not what most of the people that morning were looking for. After someone asked about jelly condiments and milk other than skim milk, it was provided but he didn't seem to have much of a care about it.

Staff was not friendly. The beds were uncomfortable and fitted sheets would come off while sleeping. Staff did not clean room to expectation.

Front desk staff often not there. We were told we had to check out out desk but when we went down to do so, there was a sign telling us to come back later. They didn’t have the maids clean while we were gone,like we asked (twice) to make it easier for all. The sheets on the bed were the worst EVER! they was no body wash in the dispenser when we arrived. Only cleaning room every 4 days is UNACCEPTABLE! At least they could make up beds and provide clean towels!

Nice location. Furnishings and layout of the room were nice.

Poor housekeeping. There were several surfaces in the room that were sticky, so we requested a different room, which was cleaner, but still had one dirty counter and a towel with a hair clump.

Rooms adjacent were loud and room was located in front of a street light night and it shined through curtains all night. Also gym was dusty and dirty
