Excelente ubicación

Le falta un buen restaurante para desayunar, sin prisas, quizá un bonito brunch

Atendimento muito atencioso e cortês de todos - do serviço de vallet, da recepção e do pessoal do café da manhã. A localização é ótima, com uma vista privilegiada e próxima do museu naval instalado no porta -aviões Midway. Próximo dos bairros turísticos Little Italy e Gas Lamp ( pode-se ir caminhando) e com várias opções de restaurantes. O hotel recebe encomendas 24 hs por dia sem cobrança de taxa.

Tudo bom - o hotel entrega o que promete. O estacionamento não é barato, mas é o preço que se cobra na cidade...

A la llegada, el chico del counter fue muy servicial y amable. Además trató de hablarnos en español, lo cual fue muy gentil de su parte. También la vista de la bahía, desde la habitación, fue espectacular...

The hotel is in a good location and the the rooms are larger than normal--although I think the term "suites" is overstated. The pool and outdoor area is excellent

The carpets are worn and stained in places; and their policy of allowing dogs can be irritating. (We had a yipper next door who the guests had left alone). The hotel was full and many of the guests were young and unmasked.

Goede locatie. Nette kamer (op bovenste verdieping). Hotelparking.

Ontbijtruimte ongezellig en eerder krap.

No wifi in room, breakfast finished at 9am which is unacceptable and room not serviced if you stay 2 nights. Plus they recommend a grubby greek restaurant with poor food on their website - someone must have had a backhander to do that!

Great location

Breakfast buffet is always crowded - to the point that people were fighting to get a chair. The place where breakfast was offered could be cleaner as well. Very expensive packaging handling fees. Room is decent - could certainly be better. They didn’t have the room ready for the number of people in the reservation.

The view

One of my rooms was not ready at our 3pm check in. It was 3:40pm when we got there. The other room's pillows and mattress had an awful smell of something moldy. Had to have pillows replaced and asked for more blankets to cover the smelly mattress

The location, friendly staff and reasonable price for Government employees. Many places to visit for tourists and foodies within blocks.

Water pressure in the shower very poor. Water handle lose in the shower. AC doesn't cool adequately.

Spacious and clean rooms with a nice view. Good location for a tourist like me.

It’s a bit expensive and parking fee is way too much for $40/night.

The hotel location is excellent, with great harbour views from our room. The room was large, modern and very clean. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room was too small to accommodate all the guests. We had an enjoyable Thanksgiving dinner in the outdoor restaurant on Level 5,

The elevators were always full and frequently involved a long wait. Dogs should be banned. One morning I saw a dog turd in the corridor on Level 15 when I went to breakfast . It was removed before I returned.

-good breakfast (staff were fabulous) -very clean - excellent location near Santa Fe train station (Amtrak and trolleys) - nice pool (but a little cool)

Location, room and adequate breakfast

I loved the location of the property and the surrounding scenery. Overall great location near alot of activities.

I didnt like that the curtains didnt close all the way and light would pear through in the mornings. The room was ok but another thing was it had a mini split ac unit that got warm cold and warm again. Such a big hotel central units should be standard. The elevators would get stuck also and wed have to wait for them to finally take us down.

Great location, walking distance to all the waterfront attractions, downtown. Got a room with a view so that was nice, though got bright and warm in the afternoon with the sun setting.

The towels weren’t the cleanest, found a fingernail stuck in one of them. The breakfast wasn’t great, skipped it after the first day and went to Starbucks across the street.

I liked the location and cleanliness

Our room was the perfect size and beds were comfy. Loved the modern bathroom and the view from our room. It’s close to Little Italy and we walked there every night to eat. The breakfast was the largest I’ve ever seen. Great variety of items and plenty of places to sit. They kept refilling food even near the end.

The lobby isn’t a place you could relax in, but on fifth floor there’s a great outdoor lounge with a view of the USS Midway and the harbor.

Love the breakfast and the service crew were accommodating and professional. The location was great. We were in the hub of a bustling city

Parking expensive (not a surprise). Breakfast room with insufficient capacity, when we were there we had to wait to get a table. Checkout already at 11. Could be 12.
