Cutest little voutique hotel with the best views and perfect location. Only one staff and she is fantastic, Ms. V.

Location was perfect!! Access to the beach and the private beach area with a great view of the Ocean was as pictured!! Quaint rooms, great attention to building relationships with the guests. Large tiled Hot Tub was very well maintained and relaxing.

My favorite place in Lauderdale by the Sea. It's the cutest, quaintest hotel. Ms V is great and will do anything to accommodate. Can't wait to go back!

No lock on back gate from beach after hours. Our door with windows was covered with a blanket and straw mat. They could at least put blinds on it!

charm and Miss V

While we are used to more fancy stays and this hotel needs some things upgraded, we were absolutely contented by this quaint only 8 room location. There are numerous places to stay in the area, but none with this wonderful feel right on the beach. I would return again and again, but if it changes we will not. Ms V is an absolute help and cares so much about cleanliness and whatever you need. This is a personal and fantastic touch! Anyone who has been in a villa knows things are old but wonderful for it!

The sofa needs to be steam cleaned, need a few umbrellas for use and a few more lounge chairs out back so everyone has one. (The patrons next door were taking them to the beach and it could easily have become a problem)

Property is dated but maintained well. Absolutely wonderful location and staff was friendly and efficient. The poster bed was a beautiful antique with a very comfy mattress. Great beach location, beautiful sunrises.

Nice little hot pool. Right in the beach.

Ms. V is always available for what you need. Only issue was a leak from our shower that had to be fixed. Johnny credited back the two nights we couldn’t use. He did offer to put us up nearby.

The housekeeper Ms. V. did an extraordinary job and tried always to make us happy. The hotel is directly at the beach and allows dogs, which is really great. The heated jacuzzi is also perfect for colder days.

The furniture in the room was pretty old and worn. The bathroom is so small that it is not comfortable anymore. We were told that the hotel will be renovated this year and are looking forward to coming back when the renovation was done.

this is a classic florida property. perfect location that is pet friendly and extremely affordable. don’t change Courtyard Villa!!
