the man who was in the lobby taking my registration was so rude and disrespectful.

They are charging more for less service. They were serving continental breakfast with lower price inthe past but with the increase in price wen the breakfast.

The location was good for my purposes and ended up sleeping pretty okay but the room had major need of repairs

This was definitely one of my lousy rooms over the last couple of months. First off the switch over the sink did not work and so I had no light towards the back of the room and by the sink. The bathroom would provide me a little bit of light. The outlet by the bed did not work and so I couldn't like my phone in. Actually I did plug my phone in only to find out that it wasn't charging. The walls must be super thin because I could hear the TV next door pretty much all night and I don't think they had it that loud. And then something beyond their control was the alarm for a car in the parking lot kept going off. And that was really loud. New paragraph also you could really tell that housekeeping did not do a very good job. I had quite a bit of garbage from previous guests on the floor and never been cleaned up. And to be really honest with you the room wasn't all that cheap even with a booking discount. I don't think I will be staying at this hotel again. I will look for some other place nearby. Even a Motel 6 would be better.

Staff is fantastic here. Would recommend this hotel to anyone & I willl
